SHARING INFIKNIT FABRICS PHOTOS

We love when our photos are shared in WAHM / sewing groups. Please DO NOT remove our watermark from the photo. When posting finished products we would love if you mention our name! Feel free to post pictures of your finished products in our Facebook group.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders will be processed 1-3 business days for in-stock orders. During sales and promotions please allow additional processing time when volumes may be higher.

Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis, Monday thru Friday 10 am to 5 pm EST.

Orders will be placed on hold and shipped together if your order contains a pre-order  with ready to ship fabrics.

Pre-order turnaround time will be roughly 6-8 weeks for printing. Delays can happen due to holidays, weather, customs, etc. We will keep you updated with any delays here or via our email newsletter.

FABRIC

All measurements and fabric details are individually in the description of each product, including the width of the fabric and weight.  All fabric is printed as a continuous seamless repeat/yardage unless otherwise noted in the description.  Some fabrics are printed as a panel and will be described as such in the description. All panels will have the length/size listed.

We try to accurately describe our fabrics as best as possible. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in display/computer monitors. There are often differences in the digital rendition to the fabric in real life.  If you have any question regarding the scale or color of a fabric, please contact prior to purchasing.

All fabrics are stored in our shop/headquarters that is pet-free, smoke-free, and kid-friendly.

Rarely fabric may have small imperfections. These could include flecks of color or tiny pin pricks. It is not easy to see these imperfections and are sometimes missed. Discounts will only be given if the issue affects more than 10% of the total fabric area.

Per CPSIA and CCPSA compliance regulations, napped fabrics such as french terry and/or sweat knits, require flammability testing in order to be compliant for the use of manufacturing children’s clothing or products.

INVENTORY

All items should have correct yardage available for sale. Errors can occur when a lot of people are ordering at the same time. If this happens your order will be refunded automatically with an email stating the reason why.

PAYMENT POLICIES

We charge in CAD. We accept PayPal and credit cards.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to all orders based on the sales tax in your province.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are accepted on unwashed and uncut fabric within 48 hours of delivery to the customer.  Please inspect all fabric upon arrival for any errors, flaws (other than those outlined in the policies), or other issues.  Please contact us via email at sarah@infiknitfabrics.ca  if you need to request an exchange.

Return postage will be provided in the event that the incorrect fabric was shipped, is found to be flawed greater than outlined in the policies, or was grossly misrepresented in the listing.

Please note that slight color variations can occur due to different display/monitor settings and such color discrepancies do not constitute a gross misrepresentation of the fabric.

Your exchanged item will be shipped within two business days of receiving the item back here.

Infiknit Fabrics cannot be held liable for damage that occurs during the shipping and handling process.

 

EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION

Your email subscription will include: – sales – promotions – tutorials – coupon codes – blog posts – important updated info and more.

Your sign up coupon code may be used once per email address. If you are caught using multiple email addresses you will get ONE warning. After the second offence your order will be cancelled, accounts will be deleted and you will be removed from our Facebook group.
